Privacy policy

In brief: MyBodyResearch has no user accounts, keeps no record of the readings you check, and runs analytics only on the terms set out under "Analytics" below. Worth noting before you read on: each value page carries the reading in its address (for instance /blood-pressure-128-82/), which makes that address part of ordinary web traffic data, like any other URL you visit.

Who handles your data

The party responsible for this site and the data it processes is EPSILON WEBCRAFTS LLC, 271 W. Short St Ste 410 #1522, Lexington, KY 40507, USA. You can reach us at info@epsilonwebcrafts.com.

Checking a reading

The checker does nothing more than send your browser to the page that belongs to the value you typed in. Apart from the server logs and, where you permit it, the analytics described further down, we keep no record of which values people look up.

Server logs

For security and to keep the site running, our web server keeps technical access logs. Each entry holds an IP address, the URL requested, the time of the request and the browser's user agent.

Traffic reaches us through Cloudflare, a content delivery network. Our server puts the original IP address back in place, so the address recorded in the logs is your own.

We look at these logs only through automated, aggregated analysis, to catch errors, broken links, attacks and outages. Old logs are rotated out automatically, and we never merge them with other data.

Error reports

When a script on one of our pages fails in your browser, a brief technical report may be sent to us, made up of the page address and the error message. These reports contain no personal data.

Analytics

Google Analytics 4 shows us how readers use MyBodyResearch: which pages they open, which sites sent them here and their approximate location. It does not store your IP address.

Whether you are asked before analytics starts depends on your location:

  • EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland: Google's consent dialog governs whether analytics runs.
  • Canada, Brazil, Thailand and Morocco: we ask for your permission through our own banner.
  • All other locations: analytics is switched on by default, and you can turn it off whenever you like with the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer.

No analytics cookies are placed before you agree, and none are ever placed if you say no. Without that consent, we still record the visit as an anonymous count that uses no cookies; the count includes the page address and page title, and on value pages both of these contain the reading.

Your decision is saved locally in your own browser under the name mbr_consent_v1. A consent lapses after six months, at which point we ask again; a refusal stays in effect until you change it yourself. Where the GDPR applies, the legal basis for analytics is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Advertising

Ads on MyBodyResearch are served by Google AdSense. Visitors in the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland give or withhold ad consent through a consent management platform certified by Google, and that is also where personalized ads can be turned down. In the regions where our own banner appears, saying no in that banner turns off advertising cookies as well.

For how Google handles this data, see Google's privacy & terms. Since ads run on value pages, Google's ad system receives the address of the page as context for the ad.

Your privacy rights

Laws such as the GDPR, the CCPA and comparable privacy statutes may, depending on where you live, entitle you to see the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or erased, receive it in a portable format, and object to the way it is processed. To use any of these rights, email info@epsilonwebcrafts.com.

For California residents: we do not sell personal information.

Children's privacy

MyBodyResearch is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children in that age group.

Updates to this policy

Whenever our data practices change, we revise this policy to match. This version was last updated on 2026-10-25.
